Brokerage

It all begins with an idea.  Specializing in client focused experience to find the right boat for your needs and locale.

 

Trades

Competent and efficient trades work for all vessel needs. Wood, composites, and metal. Full paint and varnish work.  Much can be done right in house, and we have a large network of incredibly talented trades folk when the job calls for elite specialists.  Our “Small Business Big Capability” model allows for a much more efficient approach to projects than the bigger yards.  We can simply do more with less.  However the key to success with this model is knowing our limits, and when to call in for specialist assistance.

We strive to find efficient solutions=capability. This simple and cost effective solution allowed for this Yanmar 2YM while servicing the saildrive. In this photo, layers of protective coverings were temporarily removed to allow varnishing.

Management

Theres nothing like a lovely single handed sailing delivery on Penobscot bay, but sometimes you need to move two boats at once to best serve the clients.

Detail oriented vessel/ fleet management to meet your needs. Be it a small detail, full refit, or annual maintenance.  Either privately managed and sourcing of the right independant contractors or working with established boatyards, specialized management to meet your needs.
